Acceptance of terms
doconvoy is operated by Larcade Labs Ltd (“Larcade Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using doconvoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use doconvoy for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to transmit illegal content, to circumvent security measures, to harass others, or in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through doconvoy. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We cannot access the plaintext content of encrypted secrets and submissions.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of liability
doconvoy is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larcade Labs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
